The ideal candidate should have excellent stakeholder management skills and experience hiring high-performing sales professionals for product-based IT or SaaS organizations.

Requirements Mandatory Skills 10 years of IT Recruitment experience. Solid experience hiring SaaS Sales, Enterprise Sales, and B2B IT Sales professionals.

Experience hiring for US and Europe markets from India. Robust understanding of IT Sales KPIs including Quota, ARR, Deal Size, Pipeline,



and sales compensation structures.

Experience hiring Sales Managers, Account Managers, Business Development Managers, Enterprise Sales Executives, and similar roles. Strong stakeholder management, sourcing, and negotiation skills. Proven track record of successfully closing IT Sales positions.

Preferred Profile

Recruiters from Product-based IT companies / SaaS companies (First Preference). Recruiters from reputed IT Consulting or Staffing firms with solid IT Sales hiring exposure.

Experience working with global hiring teams and US/Europe talent markets.

Significant Requirements Only Female
