Roles and Responsibilities :

- Conduct outbound calls to clients to gather feedback on their experience with our services.

- Onboard new clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions.

- Identify areas of improvement in our services and suggest changes to enhance customer satisfaction.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

- 1-6 years of experience in BPO or call center workplace.

- Excellent communication skills for effective phone conversations with customers.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks efficiently.
