About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, tech-savvy, and result-oriented skilled to manage, coordinate, and drive offline and organic sales operations across our educational centres in Pune and PCMC.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and track enquiries, lead follow-ups, and admissions across multiple branches.
- Coordinate with branch teams to ensure timely lead updates and conversions.
- Drive offline and organic lead generation initiatives to increase admissions.
- Visit educational centres across Pune and PCMC to monitor sales activities and identify opportunities.
- Maintain centralised CRM records, sales dashboards, and performance reports.
- Identify operational gaps and improve lead management and follow-up processes.
- Coordinate with management to implement sales strategies and ensure accountability.

Requirements





- Basic understanding of sales, lead management, and conversion processes.
- Good technological understanding and ability to work with CRM software, digital tools, and sales automation systems.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and digital reporting.
- Ability to understand and adopt new software and technology quickly.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable travelling across Pune and PCMC.
- Prior experience in sales operations, admissions, or business development preferred.
