Responsibilities

- Acquire recent-to-bank business clients and manage a portfolio of growth-stage companies to drive asset and deposit growth.
- Deepen client relationships by cross-selling a comprehensive suite of banking products, including cash management, trade finance, treasury, and lending solutions.
- Achieve revenue and business targets through proactive relationship management and market-driven business development initiatives.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis and credit assessments to structure customized financing solutions that meet client needs.
- Collaborate closely with internal product partners, credit underwriters, and risk teams to ensure seamless service delivery and robust risk management.




- Monitor portfolio performance actively, managing credit risk and ensuring strict compliance with regulatory standards and internal bank policies.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Proven track record in business development, relationship management, or commercial banking.
- Strong understanding of commercial banking products, credit structures, trade finance, and treasury solutions.
- Sound knowledge of credit analysis, financial statement evaluation, and risk assessment methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage effectively with business owners and key corporate decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and possessing a strong analytical mindset with high integrity.
