Roles and Responsibilities

- Analyze client requirements and propose efficient, scalable Odoo-based solutions.
- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules and applications.
- Develop new Odoo modules and enhance existing functionalities.
- Customize Odoo workflows, reports, views, and business processes.
- Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and external APIs.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented Python code.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, QA engineers, and project managers throughout the development lifecycle.
- Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and ensure software quality before deployment.
- Stay updated with the latest Odoo releases and contribute to the Odoo community and open-source ecosystem whenever possible.
- Work in an Agile development environment and meet project deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Python programming.
- Valuable understanding of SQL and relational databases (preferably PostgreSQL).




- Hands-on experience with the Odoo Framework (module development, customization,

inheritance, ORM, security, reports, and workflows).

- Understanding of XML, QWeb, and Odoo views.
- Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Knowledge of Git version control.
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Knowledge of software testing and debugging techniques.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for software design, development, and continuous learning.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and OWL framework.
- Experience working with Linux/Ubuntu environments.
- Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, and deployment processes.
- Experience with Odoo Enterprise features.
- Contributions to Open Source projects or the Odoo community.
- Knowledge of ERP business processes such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, and HR.
