Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Off-Page SEO Team Lead who can manage backlink-building activities, coordinate with the off-page SEO team and ensure high-quality link-building strategies to improve website authority and search engine rankings.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate the off-page SEO team and daily activities.
- Plan and execute off-page SEO strategies for multiple projects.
- Monitor and manage backlink-building activities.
- Perform competitor backlink analysis and identify link-building opportunities.
- Handle guest posting, link insertion, blogger outreach and contextual link building.
- Ensure the quality, relevance and authority of backlinks.
- Analyse backlink profiles and identify toxic or spammy links.
- Track keyword rankings, referring domains and link-building progress.
- Prepare and maintain backlink reports and team performance reports.
- Assign tasks, monitor team productivity and ensure timely completion.




- Coordinate with the SEO team to achieve overall project goals.

Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Off-Page SEO.
- Previous experience handling or coordinating an SEO team.
- Strong knowledge of link-building strategies and backlink analysis.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush and Google Search Console.
- Valuable understanding of Domain Authority (DA), Domain Rating (DR), anchor text and referring domains.
- Ability to identify high-quality backlink opportunities.
- Good communication, coordination and team management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
- Candidates should have practical experience in backlink building and team coordination.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
