About the Role

Binhadi BPO Services & Trading Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Odoo Functional Specialist to support and manage our existing Odoo ERP system.

The candidate will be responsible for providing functional support across departments, troubleshooting ERP-related issues, managing system configurations, and ensuring the effective use of Odoo across business operations.

We are looking for someone with practical experience in Odoo, particularly in the Inventory, Sales, Purchase, and Accounting modules.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day functional support and assistance to Odoo users.
- Troubleshoot system issues and resolve functional queries.
- Support business workflows across Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Accounting modules.
- Manage user accounts, access rights, permissions, and system configurations.
- Handle data imports, exports, corrections, and master data maintenance.
- Coordinate with technical teams and external Odoo service providers.
- Guide and train employees on Odoo functionalities and workflows.
- Test system updates, configurations,



and fixes before implementation.
- Maintain documentation of issues, solutions, and standard operating procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve ERP workflows and operational efficiency.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Odoo functional support, ERP administration, or a similar role.
- Valuable working knowledge of Odoo ERP.
- Practical understanding of Inventory, Sales, Purchase, and Accounting modules.
- Ability to troubleshoot functional issues and support end users.
- Knowledge of user management and system configurations.
- Robust analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate with different departments.
- Willingness to work on-site at our corporate office in Vengoor, Perinthalmanna.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Odoo 16, 17, or 18.
- Basic knowledge of Python.
- Familiarity with Odoo.sh and staging environments.
- Understanding of multi-company and multi-branch operations.
- Knowledge of inventory valuation and accounting integration.
- Experience in ERP testing, UAT, and system upgrades.
- Knowledge of Saudi Arabia localization and ZATCA e-invoicing will be an added advantage.

Salary

₹20,000–₹25,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
