Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Overall in-charge of Nursing Department - Duty roster, allocation, discipline.
2. Ensure NABH Nursing standards, patient safety, infection control practices.
3. Conduct daily rounds - ICU, Wards, OT, Emergency.
4. Staff training - induction, CNE programs, BLS, Code Blue.
5. Monitoring of nursing documentation, indent, crash cart, handover.
6. Coordination with Doctors, HR, Quality & Admin departments.
7. Responsible for nursing audits, KPIs, patient satisfaction, incident reporting.
8. Recruitment, appraisal & mentoring of nursing staff.
9. On-call responsibility for nursing emergencies.

Qualification:

- BSc / MSc Nursing with Kerala Nurses & Midwives Council Registration
- 10+ Years experience, minimum 3 years as Nursing Superintendent in NABH Hospital
- Strong leadership & NABH documentation knowledge

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
