Nurse Recruitment Team — Job Descriptions Chennai-based centralised hiring | ANM / GNM | 12-hour shifts and 24-hour live-in placements

1. Nurse Recruitment Lead (4 position)

Location: Chennai (hybrid field/institute visits) | Proposed monthly CTC: ₹30,000–₹40,000 |

Reports to: Founder / Operations Head

Role purpose Build a dependable, verified pipeline of ANM and GNM nursing candidates for Motherly and Elderly across target cities. Candidates must be matched to appropriate duties and care settings.

Key responsibilities : Own monthly target of 30 deployment-ready nurses, subject to capacity and quality gates; split pipeline between 12-hour and live-in roles.

Build formal relationships with nursing colleges, ANM/GNM institutes, placement officers and ethical sourcing partners in five states.

Lead candidate selection, reference checks, qualification and registration verification, consentbased background checks and documentation.





Coordinate clinical skills assessment with a qualified clinical supervisor; never approve deployment based on HR interview alone.

Publish weekly funnel and city-wise staffing report; measure joining, no-shows, replacement time and 30/60-day retention. Ensure live-in assignments include defined duty hours, rest, accommodation, relief cov erage and worker safety escalation. Own recruiter coaching, sourcing budget, candidate experience and anti-fee / anti-coercion safeguards.

Weekly performance indicators 15+ institute/placement outreach attempts per week; 5+ meaningful institutional conversations.

20 interviews scheduled; 15 document checks; 12 clinical assessment referrals. 8 actual joiners per week as steady-state target after ramp-up; 30-day retention tracked. 100% credential verification and clinical sign-off before deployment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
