Role & responsibilities :

We are looking for a creative and passionate NPD Executive with a strong interest in New Product Development, food innovation, recipe creation and culinary experimentation.

The candidate will be responsible for developing new food products, conducting product trials, improving existing recipes and supporting the launch of cutting-edge menu items for our QSR Brand.

- Develop new food products, recipes and innovative menu concepts.
- Conduct food trials, product testing and recipe standardisation.
- Experiment with ingredients, flavours, sauces, toppings and seasonings.
- Work on new varieties of pizzas, pasta, sides, dips and other QSR products.
- Evaluate product taste, texture, appearance, quality and consistency.
- Improve existing products based on customer preferences and market trends.
- Coordinate with Production, Operations, Procurement and Quality teams.
- Prepare recipe documentation, product specifications and trial reports.
- Monitor food costing, portion control and ingredient utilisation.
- Support new product launches across company outlets.

Preferred candidate profile





- Candidates must have a genuine passion and interest in New Product Development.
- Educational qualification in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, Food Technology or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the QSR, Restaurant, Bakery, Hotel or Food Manufacturing industry is an advantage.
- Knowledge of food preparation, ingredients, recipe development and food costing.
- Creative mindset with a willingness to experiment with new food concepts.
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Experience Required:

- Freshers with strong culinary skills and interest in NPD can apply.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in New Product Development / Culinary / R&D; / Food Product Development preferred.
