Job Responsibilities

- Establish project standards, cadence, and version controls for project documentation and workflow to ensure program success.
- Proactively develop new project tools and templates to support the team.
- Execute programs against project plans, including managing action items, owners, due dates, statuses, issues, lessons learned, and risks.
- Assist with the creation and update of key project artifacts such as project charters, plans, resource plans, budgets, and communication/change plans.
- Facilitate meetings by sending agendas, taking minutes, and tracking assigned project team activities.
- Build and maintain repositories for tracking key artifacts and reusable templates.
- Track and report on key metrics, using problem-solving skills to structure ambiguous problems, identify data sources, conduct analysis, and deliver recommendations.
- Own and manage multiple, concurrent campus operations projects of varying complexity.




- Develop collaborative partnerships with business leads and stakeholders, seeking opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen relationships.
- Handle day-to-day customer fulfillment needs, including product training, support, and monitoring.
- Participate in client relationships with superior service, collaboration, and delivery that exceeds expectations.

Education & Qualifications

- BA/BS degree or related work experience
- 1 year of project or program management experience
- Working knowledge of project life cycle
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to logically and efficiently structure ambiguous problems, identify data sources, conduct analysis, and derive key insights and recommendations
- Ability to communicate with executive teams, business, and recruiting leaders
- Highly productive and proactive in supporting key stakeholders
- Effective time management, task prioritization, and ability to work within deadlines with minimal supervision
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
