Perform Nokia pre/post IPSEC KPI validation and ensure no adverse network performance impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor Nokia KPIs for 5 days pre and 5 days post conversion.
- Perform No-Harm analysis against pre-conversion baseline.
- Analyze Accessibility, Retainability, Mobility, Throughput, Traffic, Availability and Latency.
- Analyze SA/NSA, VoNR, RRC, 5QI/QoS and handover performance.
- Identify degraded sites, perform root-cause analysis and provide recommendations.
- Prepare pre/post KPI acceptance reports.
Required Skills
- Nokia LTE/NR performance management and optimization.
- Robust knowledge of Nokia 4G/5G counters and KPIs.
- 5G SA/NSA, VoNR, QoS/5QI and mobility knowledge.
- Excel/reporting and large-scale KPI analysis capabilities.
Experience: 4-7 years Nokia RF Optimization/Performance.
