Nokia IPSEC Deployment Project Manager / Technical Lead

Role Purpose:

Own end-to-end Nokia IPSEC deployment governance and customer coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as SPOC for Nokia deployment scope and coordinate with the T-Mobile PM/NOC/Markets.
- Manage rollout plan, site forecast, maintenance windows and daily deployment targets.
- Ensure CR/CHG readiness before implementation.
- Track site nesting/un-nesting, implementation, KPI monitoring and alarm clearance.
- Manage technical risks, dependencies, escalations and rollback decisions.
- Maintain centralized site tracker/dashboard.
- Provide daily status, risk logs and management reporting.
- Ensure SOW deliverables and acceptance evidence are completed.

Required Skills

- Telecom/RAN rollout project management.
- Nokia 4G/5G deployment understanding.
- IPSEC/RAN integration workflow knowledge.
- Solid customer, governance, reporting and escalation management.

Experience: 8+ years telecom, including RAN deployment/project leadership.
