Network Engineer

Location: Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu

Shift: 24x7 Rotational

We are looking for Network Engineers with experience in enterprise data centre operations, network monitoring, troubleshooting, and infrastructure support.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide 24x7 NOC support for enterprise data centre operations.
- Configure and manage Cisco, Juniper, and Arista switches.
- Perform VLAN configuration, port assignment, and Layer 2 troubleshooting.
- Monitor network devices using Zabbix and ManageEngine.
- Handle network alerts, incidents, escalations, and SLA compliance.
- Manage ITSM tickets for incident, request, and change management.
- Support EPABX systems, Matrix SIP phones, and D-Link Access Points.
- Perform Linux OS installation and support (Ubuntu, Red Hat).
- Manage virtual machines, iDRAC configuration, and LVM.
- Support enterprise servers such as Dell PowerEdge, NVIDIA H100/H200, and Supermicro.




- Assist with rack mounting, cabling, SFP installation, and fibre patching.
- Coordinate with ISP teams for OFC laying, FDM/MUX installation, and bandwidth upgrades.
- Execute network switch OS and firmware upgrades.
- Prepare network diagrams, rack layouts, and technical documentation.
