Infrastructure Engineer

Role Overview

Responsible for assessing, designing, and migrating selected on-premises infrastructure and security services to AWS, including cloud network architecture, automation, CI/CD, integration,

and production stabilization.

Responsibilities

1. Assess the existing infrastructure and design secure, scalable AWS target architecture.

2. Prepare AWS landing zones, networking, security controls, and infrastructure using AWS

CDK (IaC).

3. Migrate and integrate QIP/Cygna Labs DDI, Cisco ISE, SolarWinds, Jump

Server/Bastion, Check Point Firewall, and Zscaler App Connectors.

4. Evaluate rehosting, refactoring, replacement with AWS-native services, or alternative

AWS-compatible deployment approaches.

Execute migration testing, production cutover, troubleshooting, and post-migration stabilization.

Required Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure, cloud networking, and security architecture.

AWS Network Specialty Certification

Experience with API development, system integration, and infrastructure migration.

¢ Knowledge of enterprise networking, firewalls, identity and access management,

DNS/DHCP/IPAM, monitoring, and secure remote access.

¢ Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and technical documentation skills.
