Qualification

Diploma / http://B.Tech in ECE / EEE / Telecommunication

Experience Required

1 to 4 Years of experience in Telecom Fiber Operations / FTTH / O&M;

Age

Age Below 35 Years

Mandatory Skills

1. FTTH Experience: Robust knowledge of FTTH network, OLT, ONT configuration, customer activation & troubleshooting
2. Fibre Splicing: Hands-on experience in Splicing Machine, Fiber cutting, jointing, OTDR testing
3. OLM / NMT Tools: Experience in OLM (Optical Line Monitoring), NMT, NOC, Fault Management System
4. OTDR & Power Meter: Must know how to operate OTDR, Power Meter, Laser Source
5. Network Down / Uptime Management: Able to handle fiber cuts, link down, and ensure SLA

Roles & Responsibilities:




- Monitor and maintain FTTH & Fiber network for the assigned area
- Attend fiber faults, splicing, and link restoration within SLA
- Conduct OLM checks, OTDR testing and share reports to NMT
- Coordinate with LCO, Installation team, and NOC for link down issues
- Maintain network uptime and reduce MTTR
- Support in new fiber laying, network expansion and FTTH provisioning
- Night patrolling / on-call support for fiber cut as per roster

Other Requirements
- Must have own Two Wheeler with valid DL
- Good communication and field troubleshooting skills

- Local candidates preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
