Job Descriptions & Responsibilities

1. Outlet Chef – 2 Vacancies

- Manage the overall kitchen operations at the outlet.
- Supervise kitchen staff and assign daily responsibilities.
- Maintain food quality, taste, presentation, and consistency.
- Ensure proper food costing, inventory, and wastage control.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety, and company standards.
- Train and guide kitchen team members.

2. Chef de Partie (CDP) – 3 Vacancies

- Manage and supervise an assigned kitchen section.
- Prepare and cook Italian dishes as per company standards.
- Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation.
- Guide and supervise DCDPs and Commis staff.
- Ensure proper stock management and minimise food wastage.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.

3. Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) – 3 Vacancies

- Assist CDP in managing daily kitchen operations.
- Prepare ingredients and cook dishes as per standard recipes.




- Maintain food quality and consistency.
- Monitor stock and ensure proper food storage.
- Guide Commis staff during food preparation.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.

4. Commis I / II / III – 5 Vacancies

- Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
- Perform food preparation, cutting, chopping, and basic cooking.

- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and workstations.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
- Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines.

Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen preferred.
- Must Have experience in Italian Dishes.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene.
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
- Passion for cooking and willingness to learn.
