Key Responsibilities

- Allocate daily tasks and supervise the maintenance team.
- Oversee routine maintenance and repair activities across the property.
- Monitor electrical systems, plumbing, air-conditioning, lighting and hotel equipment.
- Ensure timely resolution of maintenance requests raised by different departments.
- Handle technical breakdowns and coordinate corrective maintenance.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house facilities.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, pending complaints and completed jobs.
- Monitor preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution.




- Coordinate with external vendors for specialised repair work.
- Ensure adherence to workplace safety and equipment-handling procedures.
- Report major technical issues and maintenance requirements to the reporting manager.
- Guide team members and maintain service standards.

Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel engineering or maintenance operations.
- Experience supervising or handling a maintenance team is preferred.
- Working knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, air-conditioning and general maintenance.
- Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong coordination and team-handling skills.
- Ability to manage urgent maintenance requirements.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹25,001.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
