Role Purpose

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates with experience in Motor Insurance Sales/Calling who can engage with customers, understand their insurance requirements, and assist them in purchasing or renewing motor insurance policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to motor insurance.
- Assist customers with current motor insurance policies and renewals.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable insurance options.
- Explain policy features, coverage, premiums, and benefits.
- Compare insurance quotes from different insurance providers.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain accurate customer information and achieve assigned targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 6 months of experience in Motor Insurance Calling/Sales.
- Experience in Motor Insurance, Insurance BPO, or Domestic Voice Process.




- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Knowledge of motor insurance policies, renewals, and customer handling.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.

Job Details

- Work Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad.
- Work Mode: Work From Office only (No WFH/Hybrid).
- Working Days: 6 days a week.
- Interview: Face-to-Face, Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM 5:00 PM.
- Preferred Candidates: Female candidates with relevant motor insurance experience.
