Montessori Teacher / Primary Tutor Aruli Academy for Global Skills We are looking for a passionate, creative and enthusiastic teacher to join our team. Job Responsibilities - Handle students from Pre-KG to Grade 5.

- Teach basic concepts and academic subjects.
- Conduct phonics classes and develop reading skills.
- Train students in handwriting improvement.
- Conduct art and craft activities.
- Prepare engaging worksheets and learning activities.
- Support children's overall academic and creative development.
- Maintain a positive, friendly and disciplined classroom workplace.

Requirements - Montessori training or relevant teaching experience preferred.

- Ability to handle children from Pre-KG to Grade 5.
- Good knowledge of phonics and early reading techniques.
- Skills in handwriting training.




- Creativity and interest in arts and crafts.
- Good communication and classroom management skills.
- Patient, responsible and child-friendly attitude.

Preferred

Candidate - Passionate about teaching young children.
- Creative and activity-oriented.
- Able to handle multiple age groups.
- Willing to learn and grow with the academy.
