WE ARE HIRING MONITORING OPERATIONS SPECIALIST Enterprise Infrastructure Monitoring Location: Pune Experience: 2+ Years CTC: Up to 7 LPA We are looking for a Monitoring Operations Specialist with hands-on experience in enterprise infrastructure monitoring, NOC operations, alert management and incident triage.

Key Responsibilities Monitor enterprise infrastructure, networks, servers and applications using monitoring tools. Analyse alerts, correlate events and perform initial incident triage. Assess incident criticality and coordinate Major Incident communications with stakeholders. Route alerts and incidents to the appropriate resolver groups for timely resolution.

Monitor

Windows, Linux, Network and Cloud environments. Support monitoring operations and ensure timely escalation of critical incidents.





Required Skills Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Monitoring Operations or NOC environments.

Experience with PRTG, Recent Relic, ManageEngine, Auvik, Splunk Event Monitoring, or equivalent enterprise monitoring tools. Strong understanding of infrastructure, network, server and application monitoring. Knowledge of alert analysis, event correlation and incident management.
