Role Summary
YES BANK Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical skilled for the Financial Management team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in MIS reporting along with a strong background in Accounts & Finance operations. The role requires expertise in reconciliations, financial reporting, stakeholder coordination, and handling large financial datasets with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage monthly General Ledger (GL) reconciliations accurately and within defined timelines.
- Generate and maintain MIS reports for management review and financial analysis.
- Coordinate with multiple Business Units (BUs) for data collection, reconciliations, and financial requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate accounting entries related to capitalization and sales recording.
- Support internal and external audit activities by sharing required financial data and maintaining proper documentation.
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and contribute towards process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in Commerce stream (B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification).
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in MIS reporting and core accounting functions.
- Candidates must have experience working in the Accounts & Finance domain.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, formulas, data handling, etc.).
- Good analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
