ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly analytical, detail-oriented and proactive MIS Executive to manage, analyse and report critical business data across admissions, marketing and institutional operations. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in Advanced Excel, data management, reporting automation and dashboard development, with the ability to transform complex datasets into actionable business insights.

Data Management & MIS Reporting

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports
- Collect, consolidate, validate and analyse data from multiple departments.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency and timely availability of business information.
- Maintain structured databases and reporting systems.
- Track student enquiries, applications, admissions and enrolment conversions.




- Monitor lead movement across different stages of the admissions funnel.
- Generate programme-wise, source-wise and counsellor-wise performance reports.
- Identify admission trends, conversion gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor lead generation performance across digital marketing campaigns and other admission channels.
- Analyse lead quality, source performance and conversion rates.
- Prepare campaign-wise reports on lead volumes, cost per lead (CPL) and admission conversions.
- Coordinate with marketing and admissions teams to ensure accurate lead tracking.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
