Job Title: MIS Executive

Experience: 1–3 Years

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience)

Job Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Maintain sales, purchase, inventory and stock reports.
- Prepare performance reports for departments and business operations.
- Collect, consolidate and analyse data from different departments.
- Maintain Excel trackers, dashboards and reporting formats.
- Coordinate with Sales, E-commerce, Accounts, Warehouse and Operations teams.
- Identify data discrepancies and ensure report accuracy.
- Generate daily sales reports, target vs. achievement reports and productivity reports.
- Ensure timely submission of reports to management.
- Handle ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requirements.

Required Skills




- Advanced MS Excel – VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS.
- MIS Reporting and Dashboard Preparation.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Data management and accuracy.
- Knowledge of Google Sheets.
- Power BI knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate in Commerce, Management, Statistics or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in MIS reporting.
- Experience in retail, fashion, manufacturing or e-commerce preferred.
- Strong Excel knowledge is mandatory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
