Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain daily, weekly,



and monthly MIS reports according to the lenders specific requirements.
- Extract and analyze data from internal systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, SQL databases).
- Automate regular reports using Excel (Macros, PivotTables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and/or tools like Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio.
- Coordinate with departments to gather data and ensure its accuracy.
- Provide actionable insights based on trend and variance analysis.
- Assist in forecasting and monitoring performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies and system issues.
- Support senior management with ad-hoc reporting and analysis needs.

Key Skills & Competencies:
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, Charts, Macros).
- Knowledge of database querying tools (SQL preferred).
- Experience with BI tools like Power BI and Tableau (optional but preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor s degree or related field.
