Job Title: MIS Executive Warehouse & Inventory

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage warehouse MIS, inventory control, stock reconciliation and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
- Maintain plant-wise, pot-size-wise and zone-wise inventory records.
- Track inward, GRN, repotting/production and dispatch activities.
- Conduct physical stock audits and system stock reconciliation.
- Monitor slow-moving, dead and fast-moving inventory.
- Coordinate with warehouse, production and dispatch teams.
- Maintain ERP/Excel records and inventory documentation.
- Ensure stock accuracy and FIFO compliance.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and formulas).
- Experience in MIS reporting and inventory management.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, GRN and stock reconciliation.
- Valuable analytical skills and attention to detail.
