Role Description The Mid-Level Designer will contribute to concept development, visual design, and execution across print, digital, and spatial media projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with creative leads, designing layouts and assets, refining and iterating on design concepts, and preparing production-ready files. The role involves working closely with strategists and curators to translate ideas into coherent visual systems and interactive experiences.





This is a full time, on-site position based in Kolkata, requiring active participation in studio meetings, reviews, and cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar) and a solid understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and color.
- Experience designing for both digital and physical environments, with a portfolio demonstrating conceptually driven work.
- Ability to work independently and in teams, manage multiple projects, and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Interactive Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Interest in experimental media, storytelling, and cross-disciplinary collaboration; experience with motion or 3D tools is an advantage.
