Job Description: Mid-Level SharePoint & Power Platform Developer

Experience: 6- 9 years

Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid 3 days at office)

Engagement: [6+ Months Contract or Full time]

Role Overview

We are looking for a mid-level SharePoint and Power Platform Developer to support and maintain enterprise business applications, automate workflows, and assist with SharePoint Online migration activities.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

- Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online — site creation, customization, permissions management, and content migration
- Ability to migrate SharePoint content between environments using tools like ShareGate or AvePoint
- Development and modification of Power Apps (Canvas Apps preferred) for business process automation
- Building and maintaining Power Automate flows for workflow automation and system integrations
- Integration experience with Azure services (Azure Blob Storage,



Azure connectors) via Power Automate
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Graph API for SharePoint and M365 integrations
- Basic front-end skills — HTML, CSS, JavaScript — for SharePoint page customization
- Ability to work with SharePoint lists, libraries, content types, and document approval workflows
- Good communication skills for working with business users and documenting solutions

Good to Have

Exposure to Power BI for basic reporting

Experience with Dynamics CRM integration via Power Automate

Familiarity with SharePoint Framework (SPFx)

What we are NOT looking for:

Solution architects, senior developers with full SDLC ownership, or candidates with AI Builder / advanced SPFx customization experience — keep the profile practical and execution-focused.
