Primary – Exchange On-Premises

- 5–7 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Exchange Server.

- Strong experience supporting enterprise Exchange Server on-premises environments.

- Experience with multi-site/multi-server Exchange deployments.

- Strong understanding of Exchange mail flow and SMTP.

- Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting Send/Receive Connectors.

- Solid knowledge of SSL/TLS certificates in Exchange environments.

- Hands-on experience with Hybrid Configuration Wizard (HCW).

- Experience troubleshooting hybrid Exchange environments.

- Strong knowledge of Exchange databases and DAG/high availability

- Strong PowerShell skills.

Secondary – Exchange Online

- Experience administering Exchange Online.

- Knowledge of Exchange Online recipients and mailbox management.

- Experience performing or supporting mailbox migrations to Exchange Online.

- Understanding of hybrid mail flow and Exchange Online connectivity.

Nice to Have

- Microsoft Teams administration/technical knowledge.





- SharePoint administration/technical knowledge.

- Experience with PowerShell automation and scripting.

- Experience with enterprise monitoring and troubleshooting tools.

- Experience working in large-scale, geographically distributed Microsoft 365 environments.

- Be highly proficient in Exchange Server on-premises, which is the primary requirement for this role.

- Have strong practical troubleshooting and incident-resolution skills.

- Be comfortable working independently on complex Exchange issues.

- Have strong understanding of enterprise mail flow and hybrid architecture.

- Be able to clearly communicate technical issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.

- Be comfortable working in environments where Exchange infrastructure is distributed across multiple sites.

- Demonstrate strong hands-on rather than purely theoretical Exchange experience.
