Role Description The Microsoft Dynamics BC Consultant is a full time remote role responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions for enterprise clients. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and analyzing business requirements, mapping business processes to Dynamics BC functionality, and designing system configurations and customizations. The consultant will participate in project planning, lead workshops and training sessions, prepare documentation, and collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migration, and testing.

The role also involves advising clients on best practices, optimizing system performance,



and providing ongoing functional support to ensure successful adoption. This position requires close communication with stakeholders and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a remote environment.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to interpret business requirements, perform gap analysis, and troubleshoot functional issues.
- Hands-on experience with business process analysis and optimization, particularly in finance, manufacturing, supply chain, or operations.
- Background in consulting, including client-facing work, solution design, and participation in end-to-end implementation projects.
- Practical knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, with specific experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) concepts and integration with ERP platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and user training in enterprise software environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in remote, cross-functional teams.
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Business Central are an advantage.
- Experience in cloud-based solutions, data migration, and integration tools is beneficial.
