Qualifications

- Strong Process Engineering and Industrialization skills for defining, optimizing,



and implementing manufacturing methods.
- Solid Mechanical Engineering knowledge applicable to wheel manufacturing, fabrication, and assembly processes.
- Project Management and Organization Skills to plan activities, manage timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and document process changes.
- Experience with manufacturing systems, lean methodologies, and continuous improvement tools (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, root cause analysis) is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information clearly.
- Familiarity with CAD tools, production planning software, and basic data analysis for process performance monitoring is an advantage.
- Prior experience in automotive or auto component manufacturing environments is preferred.
