We are looking for a technically skilled Metallurgist with hands-on experience in metallurgical testing, material inspection, and quality control of Cast Iron and SG Iron materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Check raw material chemical composition and verify material quality.
- Conduct spectrometer testing for chemical composition analysis.
- Perform hardness testing using BHN / HRC methods.
- Conduct microstructure analysis and metallographic examination.
- Inspect and ensure quality of Cast Iron and SG Iron materials.
- Monitor heat treatment processes and verify material properties.




- Perform material failure analysis and rejection investigation.
- Ensure incoming supplier materials meet quality specifications.
- Maintain metallurgical testing records and quality reports.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to resolve material-related issues.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with spectrometer testing.
- Knowledge of hardness testing and microstructure analysis.
- Experience with Cast Iron / SG Iron material inspection.
- Understanding of metallurgical testing and material quality.
- Knowledge of heat treatment and failure analysis.
