- Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns primarily on Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram).

- Develop and implement lead generation and conversion-focused advertising strategies.

- Create, manage, and optimise Meta ad campaigns to achieve business objectives.

- Monitor campaign performance, including CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and conversion rates.

- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, audience targeting, ad copies, and campaign strategies.

- Identify and target relevant audiences through interest-based, custom, and lookalike audiences.

- Manage daily and monthly advertising budgets effectively.

- Analyse campaign reports and provide actionable insights to improve performance.





- Coordinate with the creative team for high-performing ad creatives, videos, reels, and copies.

- Monitor lead quality and work closely with the sales team to improve lead conversion.
