About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Merchandising Intern to support merchandise planning, inventory management, and replenishment activities across Multi Brand Retail (MBR) channels. The role provides hands-on exposure to retail merchandising, sales operations, inventory analytics, and cross-functional stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

- Support merchandise planning and assortment management for MBR retail stores.
- Develop and maintain store-level product planograms to ensure optimal assortment mix.
- Monitor replenishment processes and coordinate with sales and store teams for execution.
- Analyze sales, inventory, and stock movement trends to improve merchandising effectiveness.
- Track stock ageing, non-moving inventory, and product performance across stores.
- Support new product penetration initiatives and monitor launch performance.
- Coordinate with distributors, retailers, operations, brand teams, and other stakeholders.




- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and business insights to support decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to improve stock turns and optimize inventory levels.

Eligibility
- Graduate or Postgraduate students (MBA preferred).
- Freshers can apply.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.
