Key Responsibilities

- Lead day-to-day enterprise network operations and provide technical guidance to the network team.
- Design, operate, troubleshoot, and support Cisco Meraki networking environments.
- Work across the broader Meraki portfolio, including switches, routers, wireless and SD-WAN, rather than only Meraki access points.
- Lead/support network migration activities and guide team members during migrations.
- Manage and troubleshoot Fortinet Firewalls. The requirement is specifically for Fortinet firewall expertise, not Fortinet SD-WAN.
- Work on Azure Networking and troubleshoot cloud network connectivity. Azure networking is a non-negotiable skill for this requirement.
- Support WAF technologies.

Experience with Fortinet, Barracuda, or another WAF platform is acceptable.

- Understand and support Cisco ISE for network access control and related network-security requirements. ]
- Handle operational issues, migrations, troubleshooting, and technical escalations.
- Demonstrate robust troubleshooting and scenario-based problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate solutions clearly to the customer.
