Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day electrical and plumbing work at site, including conduiting, wiring, DB and panel installation, water supply lines, drainage, and sanitary fittings.

- Read and follow MEP drawings; make sure installations match the approved layouts and specifications.

- Coordinate with civil teams so that sleeves, chases, and embedded conduits are placed correctly before concrete and masonry work.

- Manage and guide electricians, plumbers, helpers, and sub-contractors; assign daily tasks and track progress.

- Check material quality and quantity on receipt (cables, pipes, fittings, switches, fixtures) and maintain stock records.

- Carry out inspections and tests: pressure testing of pipelines, insulation resistance and continuity checks, earthing checks.

- Verify contractor work measurements and support milestone billing.

- Identify defects early, get them rectified, and ensure proper snag closure before handover.

- Follow site safety practices and ensure workers use PPE.

- Report daily progress and issues to the Project Manager / Site Engineer

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
