MEP Lead – Data Center (Execution & Project Management)

Location: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra

Experience: 13–16 Years

Education: BTech / B.E. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

We are looking for an experienced MEP Lead to manage end-to-end MEPF execution and project delivery for Data Center projects.

The candidate must have hands-on experience in Data Center construction, complete MEP package management, site execution, contractor coordination, testing and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead overall MEPF execution and site activities for Data Center projects.
- Manage complete Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting and ELV packages.
- Oversee installation of transformers, HT/LT panels, DG sets, UPS, chillers, cooling systems, BMS and other critical infrastructure.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors and clients.




- Review drawings, technical specifications, material submittals and method statements.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety and timely execution.
- Lead MEP testing, commissioning and Integrated Systems Testing (IST).
- Ensure successful project completion and handover.

Mandatory Requirements
- Mandatory experience in Data Center projects.
- Must have independently handled the complete MEPF package of a Data Center project.
- Robust experience in MEP execution, construction management and testing & commissioning.
- Complete MEPF package handling experience in Data Center projects is mandatory.

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
