Role: MEP Engineer-Healthcare/Hospital

Role & responsibilities

- Supervise end-to-end MEP site execution, including installation, testing and commissioning of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
- Manage HVAC systems, including chillers, VRF, DX, AHU, FCU, cooling towers, pumps, ducting and insulation.
- Oversee electrical systems, including DG sets, transformers, HT/LT, bus ducts, fire alarms, CCTV, PA systems and BMS.
- Supervise plumbing and firefighting systems, including STP, WTP, RO plants, fire pumps and piping networks.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, civil and interior teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor material supply, installation measurements, bill verification and quality-related documentation.
- Maintain project records using ERP/SAP and review technical drawings using AutoCAD.





Preferred candidate profile

- BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 8-10 years of experience in MEP engineering, site execution and project execution.
- Candidates with prior experience in hospital or healthcare infrastructure projects will be preferred.
- Robust hands-on experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and firefighting systems.
- Experience in supervising MEP installation, testing, commissioning and contractor/vendor management.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, ERP/SAP, quality documentation and measurement/bill verification.
- Strong site coordination, troubleshooting and project execution skills.
