CASA Consulting is hiring an experienced MEP Engineer for its projects in Jaipur. The candidate will coordinate and supervise mechanical, electrical, plumbing and firefighting works, ensuring execution meets approved drawings, quality standards and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise the execution of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and firefighting works at the site.

- Review MEP drawings, shop drawings, specifications and BOQs; identify discrepancies and coordinate their resolution.

- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors and vendors for smooth execution.

- Check coordination between MEP services, civil works and interior finishes to identify clashes before execution.

- Monitor work progress, manpower deployment and material availability against project schedules.

- Inspect materials and workmanship for compliance with approved specifications and safety requirements.

- Verify quantities,



measurements and contractor bills in coordination with the project and billing teams.

- Maintain progress reports, inspection records, RFIs and snag lists.

- Coordinate testing, commissioning, snag closure and final handover documentation.

Candidate Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

- 56 years of relevant experience in MEP site execution and coordination.

- Sound knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and firefighting systems.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, BOQs and specifications.

- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.

- Solid communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in residential, hospitality or interior fit-out projects preferred.

- Jaipur-based candidates or candidates willing to relocate to Jaipur may apply.
