About the Role
We’re hiring an MEP BIM Modeler to develop coordinated 3D models and construction-ready documentation for MEP projects. You’ll work on international projects across the Gulf, US, and UK, from modeling and clash detection through to shop drawings.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop accurate MEP BIM models in Revit MEP as per project requirements and standards
- Run clash detection in Navisworks and coordinate with other disciplines to resolve conflicts
- Prepare shop drawings and coordination drawings for site execution
- Produce and update AutoCAD drawings as needed
- Maintain model quality, naming conventions, and BIM standards
- Support project deadlines with timely, error-free deliverables
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field
- 2-10+ years of hands-on experience in MEP BIM modeling
- Proficiency in Revit MEP, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
- Robust experience in BIM modeling, clash detection, and shop drawings
- Prior project experience in the Gulf is mandatory; US and UK project experience is an added advantage
Good to Have
- Familiarity with LOD standards and BIM execution plans
- Ability to work independently and in a team
