Your role

> From developing products to managing inventory, finances, and the category, agents do the work. Humans bring taste, set direction, and make the calls that shape the brand.

> You build the agents that run one part of that brand — Supply Chain, Recent Product Development (NPD), Finance, or Category. Work with a PM and the functional team to understand the job, then turn it into agents that can do the work reliably.

Here’s what that could look like:

> Supply Chain

Agents plan inventory, coordinate orders and suppliers, and flag delivery risks.

> New Product Development (NPD)

Agents research customer needs, review scientific evidence, and help develop new products.

> Finance





Agents reconcile financial data, track spending, and flag when results move away from the plan.

> Category

Agents analyze demand, pricing, and product performance to help decide what to sell and what to launch next. The PM owns the problem and the business outcome. You own how the agents are built and run: the models, tools, integrations, testing, and reliability. Together, you make that part of the brand work.

What you’ll do

> Understand the workflow with the PM and the people who do the work today.

> Build agents and connect them to the data, tools, and business systems they need.

> Test real scenarios, fix failures, and make sure people can review or step in when needed.

> Launch the agents, keep them running reliably, and improve how well they do the job.

You’re probably

> 5–8 years in B2B SaaS or 3–5 years in AI.

> B2B SaaS experience is relevant because you’ve built products that solve internal problems for companies. > > That’s the work here too: solving problems in Supply Chain, NPD, Finance, or Category — with agents doing the work.

> Someone who works backwards from outcomes.

> More excited by business problems than scale problems.

> Deep in AI-first development, with strong opinions on tooling.

> Someone who’s seen a product through its whole lifecycle.
