Job Responsibilities

- Promote and sell industrial products and equipment to factories, manufacturing units, industries, and corporate clients.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial areas.
- Conduct regular field visits to industrial units, workshops, factories, and potential customers.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospective clients, and convert inquiries into sales.
- Explain product features, specifications, applications, and advantages to customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with purchase managers, plant heads, maintenance managers, and industrial decision-makers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, order processing, and product delivery.




- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Prepare daily visit reports and maintain customer databases.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in field sales, preferably in industrial products, surgical equipment, or technical product sales.
- Knowledge of industrial markets and B2B sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Ability to develop new clients and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Willingness to travel for regular industrial field visits.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile: Candidates with experience in industrial sales, technical sales, B2B sales, machinery, industrial equipment, or engineering products will be preferred.
