Role Description The Medical Officer – OHC (Occupational Health Center) will provide on-site medical care and oversight for employees and visitors, ensuring timely assessment, treatment, and referral when needed. This full-time, on-site role is based in Hyderabad and involves conducting routine health check-ups, managing minor injuries and illnesses, and supporting emergency care protocols aligned with 5G-enabled ambulance services.

The Medical

Officer will maintain medical records, monitor workplace health risks,



and collaborate with physicians and safety teams to implement preventive health programs. Daily responsibilities include counseling on health and wellness, coordinating periodic medical examinations, supporting training on first aid and emergency response, and ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

- Clinical expertise in Medicine and strong Patient Care skills in occupational and emergency settings.
- Ability to deliver Training on first aid, emergency protocols, and workplace health practices.
- Experience or exposure to Surgery or minor procedures for managing injuries and urgent care situations.
- Proven ability in Working with Physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary health and safety teams.
- Recognized medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with valid registration from the appropriate medical council.
- Prior experience in occupational health, emergency medicine, or industrial healthcare is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of workplace health regulations, documentation standards, and incident reporting processes.
- Strong communication, decision-making, and ethical practice, with the ability to work in fast-paced environments.
