Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Medical Billing Cash Posting Executive with experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). The candidate will be responsible for posting payments received from insurance companies and patients, reconciling payments, and ensuring accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

- Post insurance and patient payments accurately into the billing system.
- Handle Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) and Electronic Explanation of Perks (EOB).
- Perform manual and electronic cash posting.
- Reconcile payments with bank deposits and remittance records.
- Identify and report payment discrepancies, underpayments, and overpayments.
- Maintain accurate records of all payment transactions.
- Coordinate with the AR and billing teams to resolve payment-related queries.




- Ensure timely and accurate completion of daily cash posting activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in Medical Billing / US Healthcare RCM.
- Hands-on experience in Cash Posting.
- Knowledge of ERA, EOB, EFT and manual payment posting.
- Understanding of US healthcare insurance payment processes.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and billing/RCM software.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Experience Relevant experience in Medical Billing / US Healthcare Cash Posting preferred.
