About the RoleAvadeti Media is looking for a Media Relations Executive / Content Writer with excellent communication skills, strong English writing ability, and confidence in professional interactions.

The role involves communicating with media professionals, coordinating media outreach, building professional relationships, and creating high-quality written content for different brands and industries.

The ideal candidate should be confident in spoken English, have strong written communication skills, and be comfortable writing professional emails, media pitches, press releases, website content, blogs, articles, and social media content.

Strong communication skills and excellent writing ability are the two most important requirements for this position.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate professionally with media contacts, journalists, publications, and external partners.
- Assist with media outreach, follow-ups, and relationship building.
- Draft professional emails, media pitches, press releases, and communication materials.
- Coordinate media-related activities, interviews, collaborations, and follow-ups.
- Write engaging website content, blogs, articles, and brand copy.
- Create social media captions, promotional content, and campaign communication.
- Research brands, industries, media platforms, and relevant topics.
- Understand different brand voices and adapt communication accordingly.
- Proofread and edit content to ensure correct grammar, clarity,



and accuracy.
- Coordinate with the internal team and communicate content or media requirements clearly.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements

- Ability to write professional emails and business communication.

- Comfortable working from the Gurugram office, Monday to Saturday.

Basic Knowledge
- Understanding of media relations, public relations, or communication.
- Basic knowledge of press releases, media pitches, and outreach.
- Basic SEO and keyword usage.
- Familiarity with AI tools for research and content ideas.
