Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Experience

Mechanical Structural Engineer

- 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in industrial projects

Mechanical Structural Manager
- 15+ years of relevant experience in industrial projects

Industry Preference Candidates with experience in Refinery, Petrochemical, Chemical, Oil & Gas, Power, Fertilizer, Metals, or other large Industrial Projects will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Mechanical Structural Engineer

- Review and coordinate mechanical and structural engineering deliverables.
- Evaluate drawings, technical specifications, calculations, and vendor documents.
- Monitor fabrication, erection, installation, and commissioning activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including civil, piping, electrical, and construction.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during execution.
- Support quality assurance, safety compliance,



and project documentation activities.
- Participate in technical discussions with contractors, vendors, and consultants.
- Prepare engineering reports, progress updates, and technical documentation.

Mechanical Structural Manager
- Lead mechanical and structural engineering activities for large industrial projects.
- Develop execution strategies, project schedules, and resource plans.
- Review and approve engineering designs, calculations, specifications, and technical submissions.
- Manage engineering consultants, contractors, and vendor interfaces.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, project specifications, quality requirements, and HSE guidelines.
- Drive project execution from engineering through commissioning and handover.
- Monitor project progress, risks, budgets, and productivity metrics.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
