1. Carry out preventive, breakdown, and corrective maintenance of mechanical equipment to ensure smooth and uninterrupted plant operations.
2. Perform installation, inspection, servicing, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical equipment.
3. Maintain and repair pumps, agitators, gearboxes, reactors, compressors, valves, pipelines, and mechanical seals.
4. Identify mechanical faults, diagnose equipment failures, and take corrective actions to minimize machine downtime.
5. Perform alignment of pumps, motors, couplings, and other rotating equipment.
