- Successful maintenance and expansion of NABL accreditation scope.

- High level of competency for Chemical , mechanical testings .

- Zero major non-conformities during lab audits ( internal and external audits) .

- Laboratory turnaround time (TAT) achieved as per targets.

- 100% on-time equipment calibration and preventive maintenance.

- Satisfactory performance in PT/ILC programs.

- Staff competency and training completion.( as per training calender & OJT requirements )

- Reduction in testing errors, repeat tests, and customer complaints.

- High laboratory utilization and productivity.

- Full compliance with safety and environmental requirements.
