- Location: Waluj, Chh. Sambhajinagar
- Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 2–5 Years

Key Responsibilities
- Handle preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and ensure minimum machine downtime.
- Perform maintenance of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Maintain pumps, compressors, gearboxes, bearings and other mechanical equipment.
- Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Identify recurring breakdowns and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Maintain maintenance records, checklists and daily reports.
- Coordinate with production and other departments to ensure smooth plant operations.
- Manage maintenance tools, spare parts and inventory.
- Implement TPM, 5S and continuous improvement activities.

Required Skills




- Robust knowledge of mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Familiarity with TPM, 5S, RCA and maintenance planning.
- Good problem-solving and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with manufacturing / automotive / engineering industry experience.
- Practical shop-floor maintenance experience.
- Ability to independently handle machine breakdowns and maintenance activities.
