Ø To handle breakdown maintenance of all plant machines & utilities.

Ø To diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults; performs root cause analysis and prepare action plan for the same.

Ø To carry out preventive maintenance as per schedule.

Ø To ensure the availability of sufficient stock of spare parts & coordinates with engg. store keeper for raising PR to purchase dept.

Ø Follow up with Purchase dept. for timely delivery of spare parts.

Ø To ensure the availability of sufficient stock of machinable parts & coordinates with outside vendor for machining & timely delivery of machined parts.

Ø To prepare engg. drawing of machine spare parts.

Ø To maintain & upkeep all documentations as per Customer Audit & ISO Audit.

Ø To plan daily work activities for Fitters & Turners.

Ø To assist in installation, set up & testing on new machinery & development/improvement activities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
